The focus of my coaching practice is to “help the helpers” – providing support to individuals and organizations who play a role in offering services, programs, and care to others. I believe that all of us – no matter who we are and what we do – can benefit from expert, compassionate guidance at some point in our lives.

Individual Coaching

I will guide you through realistic and achievable practices that lead to powerful insights so that you can make significant and sustainable shifts on a topic that matters to you.

To achieve lasting results, personalized programs of either 4 or 6 months are recommended. We can also design coaching programs in a shorter time span, depending on your needs and circumstances.

Your personalized program includes regularly scheduled check-in sessions with me.

Team Coaching & Facilitation

I'm here to help teams implement their projects, ensuring not only successful outcomes but also creating a space where everyone feels supported and heard. Together, we will create change with a focus on team well-being and fostering a culture of psychological safety, because your team's success is not just about tasks but also about thriving together.

Using Implementation Science, we’ll work together on evidence-informed change methods to assess readiness, overcome barriers and improve outcomes.
